Refund policy
The refund will be processed during 1-3 business days . The refunded amount would be credited to the customer's bank account within 6-7 business days.
Customer can exchange for another article(T&C).
Kindly request for exchanges/return within 3 days of delivery and notify us upon receiving the product. For assistance, please email us at info@clothemyphone.com• For reverse pickup, ensure the product is in intact condition in its original packaging, with the Invoice/Bill included.
• Handover only the products for which you raised a exchange request to the pickup person. Any additional products will be sent back to you.
• Exchange/return process: Email us order details with images of received products, the bill, and we'll deliver you the replacement within 3-5 working days after reverse pickup.
• Assistance is available from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday-Friday).
• Self placed wrong orders: Customers are responsible for shipping products back to our warehouse or paying a 200/- shipping fee for us to deliver the correct product.
• Record a video while unboxing, in case of problems to help us resolve the issue quickly.
• Damaged/defective in transit: We dispatch new products within 24 hours to ensure satisfaction.
The return of the product would happen within 5-6 Days.
Damaged and defective products replacement will be processed with in 5-7 business days.
NOTE: NO REFUND ELIGIBILITY IN THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS
• Self-placed wrong order (e.g., ordered the wrong model or product).
• Damage/defective/missing items: We promptly ship a new product; no refunds for such instances after undergoing quality control checks.
• No cancellations once the product is delivered; store credit is offered for future purchases.
• Not as advertised: If the product doesn't match the advertisement, images may vary from the actual product delivered we tried our best to show exactly what we are selling but we can't accept returns in this case.
• Products priced at 699/- or below are not eligible for return, exchange, or replacement.
